I'm sitting here trying to figure out how I'm going to start this post... "Unna is so beautiful", "Not just beauty, but brains too!", "This session could not have gone better."... and on and on my brain is trying to find the right words for this session.  Because, lets just be honest, she IS beautiful, she's her own person, she's smart, and funny and pretty awesome... and ambitious.  We started this senior portrait session at the school she goes to (and where my husband and I teach), and wandered around the area finding nooks and beautiful light to shoot in.  Its the closest thing I've come to a "styled shoot", and I loved every second of it.  Between her mom's trunk-load of goodies and mine, we had a plethora of items to choose from, and they were all meaningful to Unna.  We had an amazing time... it was hot, we were sweaty, it was the first of the dog-days of South Georgia... but it was so worth it!  I couldn't be more happy with these images, and I hope she feels the same!
