I get teary at least once at each wedding (I've had two kids and suddenly now I'm a waterworks!), but this one was special... I have known Blayne since we were both in elementary school... we attended the same church growing up and I used to play at the lake with her brother when we were young.  Seeing her 'all grown up' and in her beautiful gown and with her flawless skin and walking down the aisle... it was just a whole day of happy watery-eyed moments.  

I noticed it while I was at the wedding, of course, but as I edited Blayne and Brandon's wedding, the way they looked at each other in these pictures is so overwhelming.  I was so impressed with them... not only were they just laid back and calm-- secure in their decision and their day-- but they were so in love, and everyone was happy.  It really felt like they were surrounded with great friends, lots of family, a true celebration of this couple.  Its couples like these that make my job so satisfying... I love capturing the love and helping them celebrate the start of their new life together... best wishes Blayne and Brandon!!
