This sweet couple had been dating for over three years before Nathan popped the question. When I was contacted for their engagement photos, I knew that they were going to be a ton of fun. Jordan really wanted their photos to reflect the different aspects of their personalities and their relationship. As a couple, they are athletic, with a vintage side, mixed in with a hearty helping of outdoorsy life. She said that she wanted something like "The Notebook" for the last portion of their session, which was in a boat in a cypress and lilly pad pond... and that's exactly what she got! My favorite part about it (besides the light!!!) was how relaxed they were with each other. The laughs are genuine, as are the kisses and other expressions. They honestly care for one another, and I hope THAT is the most important thing reflected in this themed engagement session.  Can't wait for their wedding next spring!!
