Long ago, when I first started out, I would choose the images for the clients, put them on a CD and send it to them in the mail.  And the struggle was seriously real because how could I choose when I loved so many?!  Because she smiled big in this one, but the next shot had her with a mischievous smile, and the next had her smouldering.  Honestly, it was too much.  And in the case of Lauren + Marc, I'm extra glad I've changed my ways, because I might would have a breakdown with all of the choices!  

This whole session took place in downtown Valdosta, Georgia.  We started at their wedding venue (and engagement venue!), and once we got cold, we moved on to a local coffee shop, Grassroots Coffee, to warm up and try some different ideas.  After we had our fill, we found ourselves in a back alley which features the historic courthouse in the background.  And though I'd shot there years before, something about Lauren + Marc made it seem new and modern.  I loved the ideas, outfits and attitudes they brought to this session and am overjoyed to work with them in May on their best day.
